Wes Anderson returns with the trailer to his latest film offering, The Grand Budapest Hotel. Although Wes certainly has his tropes — not to mention favorite actors — the release of one of his films is always something to look forward to. His newest exercise of whimsy revolves around Gustave H (played by Ralph Fiennes) and the misadventures with his “Lobby Boy” Zero Moustafa (Tony Revolori). Like Rushmore or Life Aquatic, The Grand Budapest Hotel seems to follow the signature Anderson dynamic of protegee and mentor, and all the idiosyncratic hijinx that can erupt from that relationship. Starring Wes Anderson regulars like Edward Norton, Adrien Brody, Willem Dafoe, Jeff Goldblum, Jason Schwartzman and of course Bill Murray and Owen Wilson, The Grand Budapest Hotel also features F. Murray Abraham, Mathieu Amalric, Saoirse Ronan, Léa Seydoux and Jude Law. The film is set for release sometime next year…

  1. Kind of fancy. Not sure why it is called Budapest Hotel?
Guess it is not in Budapest but has some of the oldfashioned flair (if not pink ;-).
